All packages shipped from Vancouver use Canada post

Canada
Packages shipped via Canada post and are shipped without insurance. Once a package has left our offices, liability for successful shipment is assumed by the shipping service provider (Canada post). Drip Fit assumes no responsibility for delay or loss of your package within the system. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed with the Canada post

If you would like to pay extra for your shipping drip fit will add insurance, and in case of a lost or damaged package, drip fit will incur the costs and ship out a new package

International Mail
Packages shipped Canada post international are shipped “as is” with tracking without insurance. Once a package has left our offices, liability for successful shipment is assumed by Canada post and your country’s local postal service or shipping provider. Drip fit assumes no responsibility for delay or loss of your package. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed with your local postal provider.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Customers who chose a shipping option without insurance when a shipping option insurance is available to them represents your recognition of the inherent risks of these shipping methods. As such, you agree to waive your right to claim non-arrival in the event that a delivery does not reach its destination.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for understanding the importation regulations of the shipping address they specify on their order. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

INCORRECT ADDRESS ON ORDER FORM OR FAILURE TO PICK UP AN ORDER
If the information provided by the buyer is incorrect the responsibility it on the buyer. If the buyer did not purchase insurance, the buyer is deemed responsible for the added shipping costs. Drip fit will my incur any of the responsibility unless the shipping error is done at the head office at Drip Fit. Drip Fit shipping prices are changed based on the fees of Canada Post. Drip fit does not have control over current or changing shipping prices.

If a package was taken from you home, Drip Fit is not responsible for replacing it.

If Canada post takes your parcel to a local office for pickup, and it is not retrieved Drip Fit is not responsible.
